Annapurna Region Trekking

Annapurna Region Trekking is another famous destination for travellers to venture into Annapurna Base Camp Trek, the versatility of the area makes it a go-to for many. The area encompasses one of the most historic settlements in Nepal, the Mustang region. A trek in the area of the Annapurna Region can take you to Upper Mustang, where you can experience authentic mountain living, where most of the area remains untouched by civilization, the simplicity of the areas will leave you in awe. As this region exists fairly close to Tibet, one can experience the heavy influence of the country on the way of life. Trek to Mustang usually takes a total of 9 days, but you can hire ponies to take in the beauty the place has to offer with ease. Other activities such as mountain biking, and cultural tours are also something people can enjoy in this area.

The unique biodiversity, spectacular scenery of the snow mountains, Flora/fauna and multi tribes of people are the measure attractions of this area. Mount Annapurna, Dhaulagiri, and fishtail are the measure attractions of this trekking. There are many other peaks which are really amazing to view. In the higher elevation, there is an inhabitants of Bhatia, Manages, and Thakali. But in the lower elevation, there is the habitation of Gurung, Magar and some other tribes of people. They all have their own culture and traditions and are Buddhist in religion. The landscape is really breathtaking. The highest pass is Thorongla Pass which is 5416 meters. Some Monasteries on the way to trekking and Muktinath temple are the most important religious monuments in Annapurna Region Trekking. Poon hill is a very popular viewpoint to observe the spectacular views of Annapurna first, Dhaulagiri and many other snow mountains. In the Annapurna Region Trekking, we can get 1226 species of plants, 102 species of mammals,474 species of birds and many other reptiles and amphibians.
